当庄士中国企业通讯登载於庄士中国及香港联合交易所有限公司（「联交所」）的网页时， 阁下（於第一次）将以邮寄方式收取(i)有关在本公司网页刊发企业通讯之通知及索阅表格；及(ii)选择收取企业通讯之方式及语文印刷本及回覆表格。
为了响应环保，建议 阁下阅览企业通讯之电子本，并向庄士中国在香港之股份过户登记处（chuangschina-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com）提供有效之电邮地址，以电邮收取上述通知。若 阁下之电邮地址无效，上述通知将根据记录於股东名册上的地址邮寄予 阁下。建议 阁下亦可於联交所网页内「市场数据」项下登记使用「讯息提示」服务，当庄士中国企业通讯登载於联交所的网页时， 阁下便可收到即时通知。
阁下可参阅每年七月发布予新股东之「选择收取企业通讯之方式及语文印刷本及回覆表格」以了解详情。若有任何疑问，请联络庄士中国在香港之股份过户登记处。
